- 2 beds with good mattresses (important for a recovering sleep), one sleep couch
- a small kitchen equipped with 2 fireflames, refrigerator, coffe machine, water boiler, toaster and dishes
- Bathroom with shower (curtain!) / toilet
- TV
- Ceiling ventilator and manually adjustable air conditioning
- Large balcony or terrace with sun shelter

Building 1,
on the first floor there are 2 double-bedded rooms and 1 studio
The two double-bedded rooms, sized approx. 18 square meters,
are furnished with :
- 2 beds with good matresses,
- bathroom with shower / toilet
- electric water heater, cups and drinking glasses
- Ceiling ventilator and manually adjustable air conditioning
- Balcony with beautiful view on Pythagorio & sea
There is one refrigerator (joint use for both rooms) placed on the 1st floor.
The Studio in building 1, size approx. 26 square meters, is furnished as follows :

Cleaning and laundry change :
Daily cleaning of the rooms. Changing of towels and bedsheets every second day.
